Horáková, Petra ; Švadlenková, Markéta (referee) ; Vlčková, Jitka Laura (advisor)
The aim of thediploma thesis is to make the detailed building-technological project of microbrewery Vysočina. It is concentrated on the principles of building organization what makes construction facility, the calculation of electric power and water supply, calculation of the costs of operating the construction site and its graphic representation for chosen construction phases. I also make the project of the optimal machine composition. After that I compile the budget and costing of the microbrewery, the time and financial plan and the evaluation of main sources. I technologically solve the phase of upper shell construction made of reinforced pre-cast construction for building object of the microbrewery Vysočina. I apply the other ways of assembly of upper shell construction and show their evaluation in terms of price and time construction. I make the inspection and test plan, environmental aspects, the source register of working risk, heat-engineering review of building case and fire safety solutions.

Effect of the changes of fire technical characteristics on the fire safety solution of gymnazium
Kaczyński, Marek ; Sedláková, Markéta (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
This thesis examines how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of gymnasium. The fire safety solution was developed for this object. The idea is to prove, that this object, which was designed in 1995, meets current requirements for fire safety of buildings. The method and principles of this solution are described in the introductory part of this thesis. For unsuitable solution was designed modification of this solution, which meets the requirements of fire safety solution of gymnasium. This modification is focused on designing new escape routes. In the next part of thesis is designed object with different operational use - hotel. Subsequently are shown differences in assessment of fire safety solution of building gymnasium and hotel. In the end of this thesis is explained why the fire solution of gymnasium was unsatisfactory, and what are the main differences in assessment of objects with different operational use.
Effect of changes of fire technical characteristics of fire safety solution of building for the accomodation
Mžik, Libor ; Sedláková, Markéta (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
The content of this thesis is to find out how the changes of fire technical characteristics could affect the fire safety solution of building for the accommodation. The method to work out fire safety solution is used on the stated object. This method is described in the beginning of the text. There are designed the further objects, based on the basic object, on which they are made to fire technical changes that lead to different results. For the type of change is primarily considered to substitute non-flammable structural system for flammable structural system and one floor extension. These changes are the result of increases levels of fire safety and extension of the fire danger zone. The conclusion of this work is a preview of the differences in fire safety solution of the building for accommodation and the office building.
Familly house
Musilová, Dagmar ; Janovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)

The first part is devoted to the description of the location of the structure, the orientation of the building to its surroundings and the building structures each object in the technical reports. The second part is devoted to the construction drawings and the conclusion is solved evaluation of the object in terms of fire safety solutions and building physics which shows the energy intensity of buildings.
Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension
Jun, Martin ; Němčák, Oldřich (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
Diploma thesis "Reconstruction of Restaurant with Housing Facilities Extension" is processed in the form of project documentation for building construction according to the applicable regulations (Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On Zoning and Building Regulations, including subsequent amendments). The project deals with the reconstruction of the existing restaurant building in the village Lísek, No. 89. The building is located on plot No. 49 in the cadastral Lhota u Lisku. Floor plan of the existing building is in rectangular shape with almost the unused basement and a deck above. The 1st underground floor is currently used only technical room and garage. In the 1st floor there is the sales area of restaurant, large kitchen and rooms for staff. Existing structures do not show signs of major damage. Reconstruction is not due to the technical condition of the building, but due to operationally unsatisfactory disposition and investor requiring to create an accommodation capacity. The requirement was to build new rooms to accommodate 24 persons. The supporting structural system of the 2nd floor is designed of ceramic bricks and 3rd floor due to the resistance of existing constructions is newly designed as wooden sandwich. The window openings are fitted with a six-chamber windows with triple insulation. Horizontally extension of the existing building corresponds to the current object. The roof of the building is gabled with dormers lighting the rooms in the 3rd floor. The building is designed so that even after the reconstruction match an existing installation. Part of building construction works is also landscaping. Due to the partial change in purpose of the building was necessary to design a suitable parking space with adequate capacity.
Construction technology project of a residential park in Olomouc
Horák, Matouš ; Nečasová, Barbora (referee) ; Doubek, Rostislav (advisor)
The subject of the work is the construction and technological project of a residential park in Olomouc. Part of the thesis is a technical report on the construction technology project, which is followed by a study of the main technological stages of the construction object. Furthermore, part of the work includes solutions for wider relations of transport routes and the coordination situation of the construction. I designed the equipment of the construction site for the rough construction of the first stage of construction, including the main construction machines and mechanisms, the time and financial plan for all objects, which is followed by a detailed overall time plan for the realization of the main construction object. Next, itemized budgets with measurement statements were processed. Another part of the work is a plan to secure material resources for specific types of work and objects. A technological regulation with an inspection and test plan for monolithic vertical and horizontal structures and a health and safety plan was prepared. A fire safety solution for the entire building was also developed. Finally, an indicative calculation of the entire building was processed according to the technical and economic indicators for the current year.

Hotel
Machala, Tibor ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis presents a design of a new building — hotel, containing thirty accommodation units, space for employees, restaurant and vine bar meant for both customers of the hotel, and public. Hotel is situated in a cadastral area Brod nad Dyjí. Building consists of basement and five floors with proposed accommodation capacity of sixty people. The basement perimeter walls are designed from reinforced concrete with the width of 300 and 400 mm. The walls are insulated by XPS polystyrene which is 220 mm wide. Perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are proposed as a combination of reinforced concrete and reinforced skeleton concrete supplemented by masonry wall of therm type. All these constructions are insulated by 220 mm wide glass wool facade insulation. The building envelope is a light ventilated facade. All horizontal constructions are projected as reinforced concrete slabs with the width of 250 mm. The roof of the building consists of three flat parts. The lowest part of the roof is designed as a vegetation roof with extensive layer. The roof of the hotel is proposed as walkable with wear layer made of concrete pavement of dimension 400 x 400 mm. Construction of the roof above the fifth floor is designed as one layer flat roof on concrete slab with the width of 250 mm. Inside the object are three reinforced concrete staircases (main staircase, emergency staircase and staircase for staff). The main entrance to the object is situated on the south side of the property, while the staff entrances are located on the east and north-east part. Parking for the object customers is placed in front of the main entrance, parking for staff is situated on the north side.
